I have been working with Amy Hugo for over six years - and how lucky am I that our paths connected! She has creatively and comfortably led me through a total bathroom redo (our first project together) and partials in most of the rest of the rooms in my home.
Amy is professional, talented, a forward thinker and exudes calm energy. She is always timely, follows through and is upbeat and positive. She is easily ready with alternatives and options if I seem to be unsure about choices. She quickly responds and is committed to making things right if there happens to be a glitch with something.
I always look forward to spending time with Amy. She does pre-work whenever necessary, and is willing to search out unique items to fit my style. These great finds are often the icing on the cake!
The teams that she's recommended to do physical projects when necessary have been top notch, with respect for Amy and me and take pride in their work. The projects have always been very well done.
